The Health Cannaxion, Inc. does not sell, dispense, distribute, or ship cannabis products or prescription drugs. We provide access to physician-led medical cannabis evaluations and patient education. Medical decisions are made independently by licensed and certified healthcare professionals.

  • Alzheimer's disease

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

  • Any cancer except skin cancer, unless it is metastatic skin cancer 

  • Autism spectrum disorder, when such disorder is diagnosed for a patient who is at least 18 years of age, or severe autism, when diagnosed for a patient who is less than 18 years of age

  • Chronic pain conditions

  • Crohn’s disease

  • Epidermolysis bullosa

  • Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), when such disease is diagnosed as stage III

  • Inflammatory bowel disease

  • Intractable pain

  • Lupus

  • Mitochondrial disease

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Parkinson's disease

  • Patient in hospice program, either as inpatient or outpatient

  • Peripheral neuropathy, when such symptoms are diagnosed as severe

  • Complete your online registration to schedule your evaluation with a licensed physician. If approved, certification and state registration typically take two weeks with expedited service available, depending on your state's medical cannabis program.

  • Appointment Policy

    We value your time and the time of our licensed physicians. Please review our scheduling policies before booking your evaluation.

    Cancellations & No-Shows
    Appointment and administrative fees may be non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. When available, we will accommodate one courtesy reschedule.

    Late Arrivals
    Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or a no-show if the evaluation cannot be completed.

    Rescheduling
    Use the link in your confirmation email or contact our support team to request a new appointment. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.

    Refunds
    Appointment and administrative fees may be non-refundable. A 100% refund of the evaluation fee will be issued to any customer not approved for a medical cannabis card and when a verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge or overpayment, occurs.

  • The Health Cannaxion, Inc. offers affordable, transparent pricing with a low, fully refundable evaluation fee, if not approved, and a separate non-refundable administrative fee. State medical cannabis registration or card fees, when required, are paid separately to the appropriate state agency. Physicians in our network may not charge additional fees for evaluations booked through our platform. If you are asked to pay more than your confirmed amount, please contact us immediately.

  • 1. What is medical cannabis?

    Medical cannabis is prescribed or recommended by a licensed healthcare provider to help manage certain qualifying medical conditions, as permitted by state law. It contains cannabinoids such as THC, which may help relieve pain, nausea, and muscle spasms, and CBD, which may help reduce inflammation, anxiety, and seizures without causing a "high."

    Medical cannabis is not a cure and may not be appropriate for everyone. A licensed physician will evaluate your medical history, symptoms, and state eligibility requirements to determine whether it may be a suitable treatment option.

    2. Do I qualify?

    Eligibility varies by state and depends on your medical condition and applicable laws. Common qualifying conditions may include chronic pain (where permitted), cancer, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, PTSD, Crohn's disease, HIV/AIDS, ALS, and certain other serious conditions.
